Club Officers and Committee Members
The Club Committee is responsible for running the Club. It consists of five principal
Officers, five additional Officers, three additional Committee Members who must be riding or showing members of the Club. The Committee may co-opt additional Members for specific tasks. All Officer posts are open to job-share. Junior Members are especially encouraged to stand for the additional Committee Member posts. The Committee meets once a month, usually on the first Monday. The Committee meetings are for Officers and Committee Members only: others may attend as guests but only if specifically invited by the Organiser.

Officers and Committee Members receive no payment for their considerable work. Officers are given honorary membership for the year in which they serve. Officers and Committee members receive a free ticket to the Annual Presentation and Social Evening as a small token of thanks for their work.

Your main point of contact for all matters is the Club Organiser, Cathy Usher. A member
wishing to have a matter raised at Committee can contact any Committee Member to raise it on their behalf and to report back to them afterwards.
